Diffuser isn’t working and the app isn’t connecting to my phone so I can check the setup.
Abbie- We have tried emailing you to help solve the issues you are running into but have not had a response back. If the app is not connecting it is because you probably have a meshed router (which is the most common type) and you need to connect to the 2.4g band in order to connect the app to the diffuser. We would be more than happy to hop on a call with you to help get you connected.
