Our ScentedVents diffuser requires a 2.4gHz WiFi network to pair with the app. If your network is a mesh network broadcasting multiple bands, you will need to temporarily disable the other bands to isolate the 2.4 gHz long enough to pair the machine. Once the machine is paired, you can turn the other bands back on.

• The furnace fan is not running
• The straw in the diffuser has fallen out and into the bottle
• The tube was inserted too low or too high into the duct or was installed in less than an ideal place
• You have vents that are covered or no vents in a room
• You have more than one duct run and need to install a splitter
• You have the fragrance turned up too high. This results in olfactory where you get used to the smell and the higher you turn it up, the less you can smell it.
• To test if the diffuser is working, simply remove the tube from the duct and observe if there is a mist coming out when the pump is running.

We understand that your needs may change, and you may want to make changes to your subscription. To make changes, simply click “Login” or “My Account” at the top right corner of our website and then “Manage Subscription”. From there, you will be able to pause or cancel your subscription as well as change which fragrance you are subscribed to.

You can either have them include that you referred them in notes at checkout, or you can reach out to us directly letting us know that you referred them and which fragrance you would like for the referral.
